Full-Time Webmaster/Developer

Do you enjoy creating effective and compeling layout design for the web? When you first load a website do you immediately start analyzing and critiquing its content? Do you obsess over clean HTML and CSS? If any of this sounds familiar, the IDEaS Computers Website Team wants YOU!

The Website Team at IDEaS Computers is a rapidly growing department in need of a full-time Webmaster to assist in designing, creating and maintaining website properties. This position requires passion and creativity and willingness to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Primary Duties

  • Content writing, entry and management on existing and new web properties
  • Graphic design and layout of web pages
  • Creation of web graphics, banners and advertisements
  • Contribute to various blog and forum platforms

Qualifications

  • Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Experience in (X)HTML, CSS, XML, Javascript, Blogging
  • Experience developing web graphics in Adobe Photoshop
  • Experience in browser compatibility on all platforms
  • Understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) is IDEAL
  • Good communications skills, both verbal and written
